Cantina Imperatori

The company is located in an area south of Rome, in an outstanding winegrowing region, where vines have grown in this area from time immemorial.

Our goal

Our goal is to produce wines that can interpret, in a different key, the distribution area where the company is rooted. Our aim is to create wines intended for consumers of products of excellence.

The project has two targets: the first is related to the discovery of the varieties grown in the Roman countryside before the phylloxera crisis and in interpreted in a modern way. The second is to introduce well known international varieties trying to convey those special unique features of the territory. Thanks to a continuous monitoring of the main vine pests, farming systems were integrated by agricultural practices with low environmental impact and by always respecting fertility and soil protection.

Life's too short to drink bad wine.
