Our vineyards, with their loose, well-drained soils and ideal exposure allowed us to undertake a new, stimulating and innovative project in 2018: To produce a traditional method sparkling wine with native Trebbiano verde grapes through a new interpretation of this ancient vine. Since then, every harvest has been a new challenge between the grape variety, man and territory.
