A tasting of 4 wines paired with local cheese and salumi. To conclude, typical Carnival desserts.

Whether you surprise your sweetheart, group of friends or family, come celebrate Saint Valentines  with wines you will love.

The experience beings with a wine tour of the facilities; take in a beautiful view of the vineyards and the Eternal city in the distance.  Explore our barrel room and underground cave, home to our amphora wines and our sparkling Cesanese.  Listen to stories of our work, projects and ideas.

We then proceed to wine tasting.  Four wines will be paired with:
A charcuterie board with a selection of  cheese and cured meats
Lasagna al ragù
Small dishes of local products

The intoxicating scent of the must, the gentle hilly landscapes, the rows, the baskets and the pressing of the grapes. Celebrate this special time of year with us!
On 15 & 19 September, participants will discover the secrets of the harvest, from the techniques of harvesting and selecting the grapes to visits to the cellar; ending the day on the wonderful terrace where you can taste our wines paired with local products.
You can observe all the steps of the grape harvest, from the selection of the grapes to the first stages of transformation.
The wines for tasting: Malvasia Puntinata, Trebbiano Verde, Cesanese d’Affile and Cabernet Sauvignon. Local products: a selection of cheeses and cured meats,
