Malvasia Puntinata is the most important native white grape of Lazio, cultivated for centuries on its volcanic hills. It was first described at the end of 1500 by Andrea Bacci, Botany Professor at the La Sapienza University, through his work “The Natural History of Wines”.
We produced a wine with respect to those who have traveled the history of our land over the centuries.

destemming and soft crushing, brief cold pre-fermentation maceration of the grapes, soft pressing
in stainless steel at a controlled temperature
in stainless steel for at least 4 months, then in bottle before release
intense notes of dried fruit, almonds and delicate hints of flowers and white peach
A sensation of subtle sweetness prevails, balanced by mineral notes typical of the area, two characteristics lending to a pleasant tasting.
An ideal wine for aperitifs and fantastic paired with fried seafood and vegetable tempura.
